3,500 athletes. 1,000 coaches and team managers. 40 team directors. 1 National Championship tournament.
On behalf of All American Games we would like to thank you for making the Football University National Championship tournament the standard in youth football. What has been labeled youth football’s biggest event continues to grow, and you have played a very significant role in our tournament’s growth. To see where we are today from where we started six years ago is a great testament to the support we have received, so we must express our gratitude.
This year we reached many milestones on the Path To Naples and enjoyed our best year in Naples, Florida’s Paradise Coast.
First, we broke ground on the land that will become the future home of Championship Week in Naples. Soon there will be a stadium dedicated to football in paradise, hosting the FBU National Championship in Collier County’s sports complex which will become one of the nation’s leading multi-sport facilities.
In total more than 4,500 families, athletes, coaches, team directors and fans ventured to Naples for Championship Week — from Boston to Los Angeles; Kansas City to Seattle; Rhode Island to Atlanta. The National Championship is all about uniting all-star athletes from all backgrounds, from every corner of the country and everywhere in between. Naples Championship Week this year was a perfect representation of this.
During Championship Week alone, the National Championship received more than 1,000,000 impressions and interactions across digital media platforms, giving athletes at 6th, 7th and 8th-grade unprecedented exposure to outlets all over the country.
There is no better place to be in December than Naples, Florida’s Paradise Coast. Especially if you’re playing football and competing for a title in the one true National Championship tournament. There’s a reason why it’s football in paradise.
What we have in store next year is monumental, so stay tuned for January 15, 2018, for an official announcement of 2018 tournament dates.
We look forward to what 2018 will bring youth football’s biggest event, and we are excited to have you along for the journey with us.
